DELIVERY

Delivery times on orders vary depending on items and the method of shipping. All items ship directly from Asia unless we mark them as “ship from USA”.

Items might arrive in different packages.

Order processing time takes 1-5 days before shipment. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

USA 8-14 business days
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and E-packet.

However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take longer. We are not responsible for any packages that are delayed by the postal service. Please be patient and contact Customer Service if you have any questions.

Tracking number is provided in a shipment confirmation email. Please check spam folder since this email can end up there sometimes.

Any lost items are protected by Shopaholicmoments.com. We always resend all lost items. If you don’t pick up your delivery we are not responsible for resending the parcel. We will not refund, but you can pay for another shipment.

PAYMENT

The checkout process is powered by both PayPal and Stripe, two of the most trusted online payment solutions. Payment is SSL certificated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

RETURNS

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once the order is placed it cannot be canceled. When purchasing clothing, please make sure using the size chart on the product description to avoid any size issues.

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Do not ship anything back to us until you got a confirmation email from us.
